Individuals and companies involved in production shall be licensed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The resulting production shall be registered before being distributed in the market. Registered trade names shall not resemble any other brand and no name of raw materials shall act as a brand name. Words such as "Super", "Extra", "Special" are not allowed in naming products. Products can be sold and distributed only in labelled packages. Pre-registration is not required for importers of raw materials for pre-mix production. Natural ready-to-use registered products can be distributed and sold and no production licence is required.
