Abstract This Order imposes a levy on cereal silage harvested by growers in New Zealand. The levy is payable to the Foundation for Arable Research Incorporated. The levy is calculated on the basis of the area of land from which cereal silage is harvested. The levy is intended to fund activities specifically related to cereal silage, including research and development, education and training, and collection and publication of information.
