This Order enters into force on 31 July 2012.
Abstract

This Order imposes a levy on all arable crops (except maize grain, maize silage, and cereal silage) grown in New Zealand for sale or to be used within the grower’s farming operation. The levy is payable to the Foundation for Arable Research Incorporated.
