Abstract

The present Regulations enact section 16 of the Agricultural Insurance Act. The purpose of this programme is to provide protection against the production or market risks, or both, of producing agricultural commodities, such as cauliflower and broccoli, during the period required to test if the commodity is suitable for commercial production. The text consists of 6 sections and 1 Schedule.
