Commission Regulation (EU) No. 928/2013 establishing a prohibition of fishing for cod in areas IV; EU waters of IIa; that part of IIIa not covered by the Skagerrak and Kattegat by vessels flying the flag of Sweden.

The quota allocated to Sweden for 2013 for cod in areas IV, European Union waters of IIa and that part of IIIa not covered by the Skagerrak and Kattegat is deemed to be exhausted as from 2 September 2013. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock in that zone to vessels flying the flag of or registered in Sweden, as from that date. In particular it shall be prohibited to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
