Abstract: Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for the year 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for plaice in areas VIIf and VIIg by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Belgium. The prohibition applies as from 7 September 2012. Moreover, the Regulation prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
