Abstract: Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for the year 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for cod in area IV, European Union EU waters of IIa and the part of IIIa not covered by the Skagerrak and Kattegat, by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Sweden. In addition, it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after 3 September 2012.
