Abstract: Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for mackerel in VI, VII, VIIIa, VIIIb, VIIId and VIIIe, European Union and international waters of Vb, international waters of IIa, XII and XIV by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain. In addition it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels. These prohibitions apply as from 10 February 2012.
