Abstract: Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for common sole in areas VIIIa and VIIIb by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Belgium. Furthermore it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels. These prohibitions apply as from 10 August 2012.
