Commission Regulation (EU) No. 847/2013 establishing a prohibition of fishing for cod in areas I and IIb by vessels flying the flag of a Member State of the European Union except Germany, Spain, France, Poland and United Kingdom.

The fishing quota for cod allocated to all Member States (with the exception of Germany, Spain, France, Poland and United Kingdom) is hereby deemed to be exhausted as from 12 August 2013. Therefore it shall be prohibited to fish for cod in areas I and IIb as from that date by vessels flying the flag of a Member State of the European Union except Germany, Spain, France, Poland and United Kingdom.
