Abstract: Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for the year 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for roundnose grenadier in European Union and international waters of VIII, IX, X, XII and XIV by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain. In particular it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after 30 July 2012.
