Abstract: Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for the year 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for skates and rays in European Union waters of VIII and IX by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Belgium. Furthermore it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after 10 August 2012.
