Abstract: This Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 865/2006 as regards trade in species of wild fauna and flora. Firstly it inserts new provisions concerning the definition of cultivated parental stock and hunting trophy. Further amendments regard export permits and re-export certificates and personal ownership certificates.
