Abstract

The quota allocated to Portugal for 2013 for bluefin tuna in Atlantic Ocean, east of 45° W, and Mediterranean is deemed to be exhausted as from 4 July 2013. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock in that zone to vessels and traps flying the flag of or registered in Portugal, as from that date.
