Abstract: These provisions amend Annexes I and IV to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 on the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies. The amendments in Annex I concern certain definitions, such as farmed animals, fur animals, blood products and processed animal proteins. Annex IV relating to animal feeding is entirely replaced by the text laid down in the Annex to this Regulation.
