Abstract: This Regulation lays down some amendments to Annexes III, IV and V to Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006 on shipments of waste. The amendments are laid down in order to put in line the Regulation above-mentioned in respect of the provisions of OECD Council Decision C(2008) 156 and the Basel Convention.
