Abstract

This Regulation amends Annex II to Regulation (EC) No. 2160/2003 as regards microbiological criteria to be met by fresh poultry meat from specified animal populations, as from 1 December 2011. Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 2073/2005 is amended as set out in the Annex hereto. The amendments concern salmonella in fresh poultry meat.
