Abstract

This Regulation sets out provisions implementing Title III, Chapters I and II of Council Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 on the common organization of the market in wine. These provisions deal with regulatory measures applicable to oenological practices and related restrictions. The Regulation lays down detailed rules on the experimental use of new oenological practices, oenological practices applicable to categories of sparkling wines and oenological practices applicable to liqueur wines.
