Abstract: These provisions amend Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 on detergents by replacing Annexes V and VI. Annex V lays down the list of surfactants that have obtained a derogation in order to be placed on the market; Annex VI lays down the list of banned or restricted detergent surfactants.
