Abstract

This Regulation replaces the text of article 1, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EC) No. 760/2008, which concerns the granting of authorizations for the use of casein and caseinates in the manufacture of cheeses. In compliance with new article 119 of Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007, prior authorization for using casein and caseinates will not be required unless aid is paid under article 100 of the Regulation above-mentioned.
