Abstract: This Regulation lays down some amendments and addenda to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 793/2006, which implements Council Regulation (EC) No. 247/2006 laying down specific measures for agriculture in the outermost regions of the Union. In particular, it adds Chapter III on animal products to Title IV. Furhermore, new Annexes VIIIa and VIIIb are inserted. Articles 47(1) and 49 on duties to report of the competent authorities of Member States are amended as set out in article 1, paragraphs 2 and 3.
