Abstract

Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91 stipulates that organic agricultural products which are imported from a third country may be marketed where they originate in a third country applying production rules and inspection measures equivalent to those in the European Community. This Regulation lays down the lists of third countries from which such products may be imported. Furthermore, it sets out detailed rules for the procedure for examining an application by a third country with a view to its inclusion in the list.
