Abstract: This Regulation was adopted pursuant to article 32 of Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 regarding the establishment of national reference laboratories for genetically modified organisms. In particular these implementing provisions concern the establishment of those laboratories and related requirements, as well as the contribution to the costs of the tasks of the European Community reference laboratory (CRL).
