Abstract

These provisions amend Regulation (EC) No. 2104/2004 concerning the management of fishing fleets registered in the outermost regions of the European Community. They replace the Annex, which sets out specific reference levels for fishing fleet registered in the outermost regions of Spain, France and Portugal.
