Abstract: This Regulation amends Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 by reaplcing articles 57(2) and 63, paragraph 8 which concern State aid and electronic exchange of information respectively. Furthermore, Annexes II, V and VI are amended as set out in the Annex hereto.
