Abstract

Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 provides that the approval of an active substance may be renewed upon expiry. This Regulation lays down detailed provisions governing the renewal procedure (admissibility of application for renewal; assessment by the rapporteur Member State and the co-rapporteur Member State).
