Abstract

This Regulation lays down detailed provisions for implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 as regards the vegetable and processed fruit and vegetable sectors. These provisions set out rules on classification of products, checks on conformity to marketing standards, methods of inspection. Specific provisions concern producers' organizations and their recognition.
