Abstract

This Regulation amends Annex II to Decision 2007/777/EC by including Israel in the list of third countries or parts thereof from which imports of food shall not be permitted or shall be permitted under specific conditions, due to highly pathogenic avian influenza. Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 798/2008 is amended as well.
