Abstract

This Regulation amends Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 798/2008 laying down a list of third countries, territories, zones or compartments from which poultry and poultry products may be imported into and transit through the European Union and the veterinary certification requirements. Firstly it amends Part 1 of Annex I by replacing the entries for Israel and South Africa. Secondly it amends Part 2 on model veterinary certificates as regards specific conditions for meat of farmed ratites for human consumption. The model veterinary certificate for meat of farmed ratites for human consumption is replaced as well.
