Abstract

This Regulation lays down the European Union list of novel foods authorized to be placed on the market within the Union as referred to in article 6(1) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283. The list includes the authorized novel foods and contains the following information: conditions under which the novel food may be used; specified food category and applicable maximum levels; additional specific labelling requirements; other requirements.
