This Regulation shall apply from 24 March 2017 until 27 March 2020.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for a derogation to article 13(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1967/2006 in territorial waters of Slovenia, irrespective of the depth, between 1,5 and 3 nautical miles from the coast, to volantina trawls which are used by vessels fulfilling the conditions specified undr article 1 of this Regulation.
