Abstract

This Decision lays down certification requirements concerning importation into the European Union of consignments of live animals and of animal products from New Zealand. It also sets out a model health certificate to be used for the importation of those live animals and of animal products into the Union, for which equivalence has been determined under the Agreement between the European Community and New Zealand on sanitary measures applicable to trade in live animals and animal products.
