Abstract

These provisions lay down some amendments to Annex II to Decision 2006/766/EC, which contains the list of third countries and territories from which bivalve molluscs, echinoderms, tunicates, marine gastropods and fishery products may be imported into the European Union. In particular, the entry for the Netherlands Antilles is deleted and an entry for Curaçao is inserted.
