Abstract: Annexes IVA and IVB to Directive 98/8/EC concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market are replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Directive. Annex IVA deals with data set for active substances, whereas Annex IVB deals with data set for biocidal products.
