Abstract: This Directive amends and supplements certain Annexes to Directive 2000/29/EC, namely: Annex I listing out the harmful organisms whose introduction into and spread within all Member States, or within certain protected zones, shall be banned; Annex II specifying the harmful organisms whose introduction into and spread within Member States shall be banned if they are present on certain plants or plant products; Annex IV defining special requirements to be laid down for the introduction and movement of plants, plant products and other objects into and within Member States; Annex V indicating plants, plant products and other objects that must be subject to a plant health inspection.
