Abstract

The present Directive lays down some amendments to Directive 95/45/EC which establishes purity criteria to be applied to colours for use in foodstuffs. In Part B of the Annex to Directive 95/45/EC, the text concerning mixed carotenes and beta-carotene is replaced by the text contained in the Annex hereto.
