The Regulation enters into force on 7 March 2014.
Abstract

These provisions lay down some amendments to Regulation (EU) No. 229/2013 which concerns specific measures for agriculture in favour of the smaller Aegean islands. The amendments regard the issue of aid certificates under this special regime. Aid certificates may be issued only to oeprators entered in a Register of operators pursuing an economic activity under the specific supply arrangements kept by the competent authorities. Article 1 lays down the conditions for entry in the Register.
