Abstract

This Regulation supplements Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 as regards the fruit and vegetables and processed fruit and vegetables sectors (as referred to in Article 1(2)(i) and (j) of that Regulation) with the exception of marketing standards. Further it supplements Regulation (EU) No. 1306/2013 as regards penalties to be applied in those sectors. Specific provisions regard producers’ organizations (requirements and recognition, marketing of the production outside the producer organization, outsourcing, transnational producer organizations, mergers, association of producers’ organizations).
