Abstract

This Decision provides for the importation into the Community of fresh meat and offal coming from the South American countries specified in Annex I. For the purposes of this Decision, the definition of “fresh meat” given by Directive 64/433/EEC shall apply. Member States shall authorize the imports of such products as long as they comply with the guarantees laid down in the health certificate to be drawn up in accordance with the specimen contained in Annex III.
