Abstract: This Decision amends Annexes II, III and IV to Council Directive 2009/158/EC on animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade in, and imports from third countries of, poultry and hatching eggs. The amendments concern the procedures for cleaning and disinfecting eggs, diseases surveillance programmes and criteria for suspending or withdrawing approval of establishments. Annex IV, which lays down model veterinary certificates for trade within the European Union, is replaced.
