Abstract

This Decision sets out rules concerning the submission of surveillance programmes for approval as well as disease-free status declarations, pursuant to Council Directive 2006/88/EC on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products. Further provisions concern the obligation of Member States to submit on an annual basis reports on surveillance and eradication programmes.
