Abstract

The present Decision establishes the requirements to be met by fishery products imported into the European Community from Antigua and Barbuda. In particular, fishery products shall be live crustaceans and each consignment shall be accompanied by a health certificate in accordance with the model laid down in Annex I hereto. Fishery products shall come from approved establishments, cold stores, factory vessels or from registered freezer vessels listed in Annex II.
