In particular, this Decision sets forth (i) the requirements to be fulfilled in order for territory to be considered free of one or more of the diseases listed in Column I, List III of Annex A to Directive 91/67/EEC; (ii) criteria for control and eradication programmes to be adopted by Member States; (iii) additional guarantees to be fulfilled by live aquaculture fish, eggs and gametes.
