Abstract

This Decision applies to semen, ova and embryos of the bovine, porcine, ovine, caprine and equine species which are subject to the animal health requirements prescribed by Directives 88/407/EEC, 89/556/EEC, 90/429/EEC and 92/65/EEC and obtained before 1 May 2004 in the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia (the new Member States). From 1 May 2004, the above-mentioned products shall not be dispatched to other Member States (art. 2). However, article 3 lays down some derogations.
