Article 1 designates the competent authority in Saint Pierre et Miquelon for the purposes of verifying and certifying compliance of fishery products with the requirements established under Directive 91/493/EEC. Further requirements are laid down in articles 3, 4 and 5 of this Decision, concerning respectively the health certificate, the approved establishments from which the products shall come and the information that all packages shall bear.
