The Decision applies to the hot chilli and hot chilli products referred to in article 1, regardless of their form, destined to human consumption. Articles 2 and 3 establish conditions for import of such products. An analytical report shall accompany the consignments in order to demonstrate that the products do not contain certain substances. Adulterated consignments are to be destroyed (art. 5).
