As set out in article 2, each consignment shall be accompanied by a numbered original certificate. The State Veterinary Service (SVS) of the Ministry of Agriculture shall be the competent authority in Latvia for the purposes of verifying and certifying compliance of the fishery products with the requirements laid down in Directive 91/493/EEC. The products must come from approved establishments, factory vessels, cold stores or registered freezer vessels listed in Annex B to this Decision. Article 2 (3) establishes labelling requirements.
