Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions on waste disposal of municipal waste of commercial origin and waste of certain construction and demolition waste. The Ordinance applies to owners and operators of pre-treatment plants for the aforementioned kind of waste. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Municipal waste of commercial origin (2); Construction and demolition waste (3); Common provisions (4), One Annex is enclosed listing minimal technical requirements for pre-treatment facilities.
