Abstract

These Regulations require all animals from areas that are not declared to be rabies-free areas to be quarantined in accordance with these Regulations. Animals may be released for quarantine on commercial quarantine facilities only upon petition of the owner of the animals and the approval of such petition by the Director of Public Health and Social Services. The Regulations also specify standards for the keeping in quarantine of animals.
