Abstract

As the Colours in Foodstuffs Regulations of 1983-95 do not conform with the relevant European Community Directives and because there is a political decision of the Government to harmonize the existing legislation with the European legislative framework, the Minister of Health exercising the powers granted under article 28 of the Food (Sale and Control) Law, 1996, amends with the present text the Annexes contained in the Colours in Foodstuffs Regulations of 1983-95.
